April Flower-Sweet Pea

Hello friends.

I'm back with an April flower or should I say flowers.

These sweet peas are so little that I had trouble watercoloring them.

But perseverance paid off.

I stamped the image with gray Archival ink then colored with
Distress Markers and a water brush.

I find that I have more control of the colors if I swipe the marker on a pallete
and pick up the color with the brush.

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

One of my fav S/B ovals, as it's so dainty. It's a perfect die to show off these lovely little flowers. Your watercoloring is always phenomenal. It's just beautiful. TFS &Hugs

That is one of the most exquisite oval dies I have ever seen! It framed your artwork so beautifully, Bonnie! I hear you about trying to shade small areas too. Love the soft wash you applied to the backgrounds.
